As we enter the month of August, summer is still in full swing here in South Florida. While many residents may be enjoying vacations, spending time with family and friends, or simply relaxing at home, August is also a good time to stay prepared, safe, and connected within our community.
We are currently in hurricane season, and now is the perfect time to review your hurricane preparedness plans. Please make sure you have necessary supplies on hand and know what steps you will take should a storm approach. Residents should also secure outdoor furniture, decorations, and other items that could become dangerous during strong winds.
Please remember to stay informed by keeping your contact information up to date and signing up to receive important community emails. These communications are an important way for the Association to provide updates and information during emergencies and throughout the year.
As always, we also ask everyone to continue doing their part to help keep our community safe and beautiful. Please follow posted speed limits, drive carefully, and remain alert for pedestrians, bicyclists, and other vehicles. With many families and guests enjoying the community during the summer months, taking a few extra moments to slow down and pay attention can make a big difference.
August is also a great time to appreciate the beautiful community we call home. We encourage everyone to continue taking pride in our shared surroundings and to help keep our common areas clean and enjoyable for all residents.
