The Club at Boca Pointe is proud to announce a significant multi-million-dollar investment in its facilities, with a comprehensive renovation project scheduled for 2027. The improvements represent one of the most substantial capital investments in the club’s history and underscore a continued commitment to enhancing the member experience and reinforcing Boca Pointe’s position as a distinguished private club community within its market segment.
The centerpiece of the project will be a complete transformation of the Club’s championship golf course. The renovation will include a full re-grassing with Bimini Bermuda, a premium hybrid turfgrass recognized for its exceptional playability, durability, and rich dark-green appearance. Every tee, fairway, rough area, and approach will be renewed, creating a consistent and enhanced playing experience throughout the course.
To further enhance playability and enjoyment, new forward tees will be added to provide greater flexibility for golfers of all abilities. These additional teeing options will create a more player-friendly course setup, encourage family participation, and allow golfers to select a course length best suited to their game.
The project will also include the re-grassing of all putting surfaces with TifEagle ultra-dwarf Bermuda, one of the industry’s premier grasses for championship-caliber putting conditions. In addition, all bunkers will be renovated with modern drainage systems and improved liners, while the practice facilities will be upgraded through leveled and re-grassed practice tees and enhanced target greens, further elevating the overall golf experience at Boca Pointe.
Beyond the golf course, the investment extends throughout the club’s campus. Planned enhancements include renovations to the main clubhouse’s ballroom and member dining areas, providing refreshed spaces for social events, dining, and community gatherings.
The pool complex will also undergo improvements, including upgrades to the pool deck, splash pad, and family recreation areas. Families will benefit from the addition of a brand-new playground at the Sports Center, creating an enhanced experience for the club’s youngest members.
Additional projects include refreshes to both the men’s and ladies’ locker rooms and exterior painting of the clubhouse and sports facilities, ensuring a cohesive and modern appearance throughout the property.
