From The Manager
October is here, and with it comes a little change of season, cooler mornings, and the feeling that the holidays are just around the corner. It’s a wonderful time to enjoy our community and everything that makes Boca Pointe such a special place to call home.
As many of our seasonal residents begin returning, we want to extend a warm welcome back! We hope you enjoy being home and reconnecting with friends and neighbors.
As more residents return, we kindly ask everyone to continue doing their part to keep our community safe, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone. Please remember to observe the posted speed limits, be mindful of pedestrians and neighbors, and follow our community rules and guidelines. As we head into the busier months, please remember to drive slowly and carefully throughout the community, especially as traffic increases.
We would also like to remind everyone to stay connected with the Master Association. Important community updates, reminders, and information are shared throughout the year, so please make sure your contact information is up to date and that you are signed up on the website to receive community emails.
Most importantly, let’s continue to be good neighbors. A friendly hello, a little patience, and consideration for those around us can make a big difference in our community.
We wish everyone a happy and enjoyable October.
