September and the arrival of autumn in the penultimate week of the month.
It means changes in the pace we had during the summer, with its weather, relaxed schedules, clothing, outdoor activities, and countless actions without major worries.
Last month we talked about how to prepare the place or area for education, keeping in mind the different ages of the family members, a very important aspect to maintain family harmony and, therefore, CHI. Remember that it is the name of the positive energy in the ancient science of FENG SHUI, which our home needs so that this energy can enter, do its work of bringing the best conditions for the functioning of the family, whose well-being affects each and every one. It’s not easy, but not impossible.
Moving on to the fall season, which brings us colors worthy of a Monet painting, although in our state we don’t have seasons as marked as what happen Although in our state, we don’t have seasons as distinct as those further north, nature still gives us its colors, changing weather, and thus the temperature, which has been quite high this year, 2026.
Returning to the topic of FENG SHUI again, this science considers autumn a key stage for transition, introspection, and letting go, but why is this idea held? Because in autumn, trees shed leaves. This doesn’t mean the tree won’t return to its natural cycle in the next seasons, but it is a way of “getting rid” of the leaves for various reasons, including leaves wilted from the summer heat, refreshing the tree trunk from accumulated heat, and there are other reasons we could continue listing.
Just like with spring cleaning in the months after winter, Mother Nature does her work in autumn to give us an example of detachment, among many other messages that often go unnoticed m space, circulation area, and so that the home itself feels a new vibe, which without making an investment or spending money allows us to enjoy our environment personally and with family. Here, you can also include “cleaning” and tidying up, as these two activities are common throughout the year, with their usual results in maintaining our homes. This can include closets, drawers, cabinets, kitchen cupboards, garage, and many other storage spaces.
Remember that the concept of FENG SHUI is order and harmony.
An excellent exercise is to sit or stand as you feel more connected to the place and see as if it were the first time you enter the space and thus “see” with other lenses that we can improve in that space.
1. What’s left over?
2. What change of place?
3. What should go?
Finally, we want to reflect on the proposed exercise, hear your opinions if you liked the result and if it benefited the energy of the place. Your opinion is important to enrich new articles, because in doing so we collaborate directly with our neighbors and look for practical, economical, and positive solutions for the home’s atmosphere.
So, let’s start preparing our creativity for this autumn 2026, and enjoy its colors, the change in the temperature in the environment and dusting off the sweaters for the season.
Nature sends us a message that we should not ignore, that we can shed ourselves and be reborn like the Phoenix bird.
Until the next installment.
