ABDI GateAccess
Boca Pointe residents will soon see a new look when opening the GateAccess App. ABDI is introducing an updated design that offers a cleaner, more modern feel while keeping everything you rely on right where you expect it.
The update will roll out in stages, so some residents may receive it sooner than others. Even though the appearance is changing, the features you use every day like your guest list, vehicle details, emergency contacts, and login information will remain exactly the same. Nothing about how you manage your access has changed; only the look of the app has been updated.
We also understand that not everyone is comfortable using mobile apps, and that’s perfectly okay. Boca Pointe will continue to support all residents, regardless of their preferred method of managing guest access. If you would rather speak with someone directly, you can always call Access Control at 561-395-3392. A staff member will gladly add your guests to the list for you, just as they always have. Whether you tap the app or make a quick phone call, your access needs will be handled promptly and with care.
