Live Music, Outdoor Entertainment & Community Traditions Return to Mizner Park Amphitheater
The City of Boca Raton is once again bringing music, entertainment, and community connection to Downtown Boca with the return of “Summer in the City,” a FREE seasonal lineup of live performances and fan-favorite events at Mizner Park Amphitheater.
From iconic tribute concerts and a patriotic Broadway-inspired outdoor screening to emerging local talent and family-friendly evenings under the stars, the annual series offers something for music lovers of all ages throughout the summer months.
Hosted at Mizner Park Amphitheater, 590 Plaza Real, this year’s series blends classic hits, nostalgia and community spirit into a summer-long celebration in the heart of Downtown Boca.
This year’s lineup includes four signature tribute concerts celebrating legendary artists and eras, along with a special outdoor screening inspired by America’s revolutionary spirit in honor of America 250:
• Friday, June 12 – Turnstiles: A Tribute to Billy Joel

• Sunday, June 21 – FAU Summer Concert Band
Doors open at 4 p.m. | Concert begins at 5 p.m.
• Friday, June 26 – The Long Run: A Tribute to the Eagles
Doors open at 7 p.m. | Show begins at 8 p.m.
• Friday, July 17 – Yvad & The Legal Roots: A Tribute to Bob Marley
Doors open at 7 p.m. | Show begins at 8 p.m.
• Friday, July 24 – A surprise feature awaits…enjoy a blockbuster musical film celebrating the rise of one of America’s most talked-about founding fathers. Find out more!

• Friday, July 31 – Peace of Woodstock Band: A Tribute to the Woodstock Era

• Friday, August 7 – 6th Annual Battle of the Bands & Pop-Up Youth Market*
Market opens at 6 p.m. | Competition begins at 7 p.m.
*Bands interested in competing, as well as young entrepreneurs interested in showcasing their business, are invited to submit entries through June 20 at Battle of the Bands | Boca Raton, FL.
Guests are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets, explore nearby restaurants and shops, and enjoy evenings under the stars in the heart of Downtown Boca.
All “Summer in the City” events are free and open to the public. Convenient parking is available at nearby City facilities and metered spaces throughout downtown. Arrive to the shows on the BocaConnect shuttle (using the Circuit app). You can also hop on the MiCa autonomous shuttle looping through Mizner Park from 5-8 p.m.
