How can each of us protect the habitats of endangered innocent species without much change in our lifestyle? Prevention requires forethought and consideration of actions that engage in the immediate and not so immediate world we live in. Our home, neighborhoods and nearby surrounding natural spaces are all immediately accessible to a greater perspective on caring…both for the environments and the immediate species that co-habit there.
When caring for our home or neighborhood do you consider the other species co-habiting there? It is a simple to try and avoid more invasive measures that destroy the current environmental givens. Be it the chemicals and products used in cleaning, repairing or maintaining the home and even the neighborhood and the landscaping processes involved. Are they natural, minimally invasive and aligned with the natural needs of all beings, including and especially yourself. In addition, it is always important to proactively create wildlife safe areas and crossings. Just some food for thought. Thank you for listening.
