Holidays are the best time of the year for children and adults, the time of the three “R’s,” gifts, souvenirs and gatherings. We want to mean that these dates are not the same for all people for multiple reasons, although society in general is celebrating, for others it is a time of sadness. However, we can take advantage of this period to reflect and help those who, for various reasons, are not having the right time.

In what has been said above there are several categories, for example: children, the elderly, people with limitations of all kinds, from whom we can “make a smile,” and some ways to make this possible is through many ways, including gifts of various nature, quality time, reading, visits, in short, everything will depend on the type of person to whom we want them to have a moment of happiness as a product of our empathy.

Some may wonder if this monthly column is FENG SHUI, why is this installment of the month of December 2023, about gifts and helping others? The answer is simple: FENG SHUI is also Love, Dedication to others, Mercy, Empathy, because it is founded on ENERGY and HARMONY. Think for a moment when you perform a good deed and see the expression on the face of the beneficiary and the well-being of the benefactor. That is this festive period almost common to all religions and faith beliefs. This well-being that produces the benefactor for the mission accomplished recharges energy and feels good with his neighbor and that spiral will transfer him in domino effect to his circle of family, friends, co-workers, in short, it is a current of energy and harmony at the same time, because when feeling energetic our vital functions are harmonized. It seems like a fantasy, that although we are not doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, or specialists in the area of health and mental health, almost all of us have experienced these sensations.

      Then the question arises:

      • What is the relationship between Feng Shui if it is an ancient science that harmonizes and energizes the spaces with which a person feels happy to help others?

      • How does this impact my home?

      • How does it impact my workspace?

The answer to these three questions expressed above is A LOT, because our state of mind is equivalent to when we fall in love and “float,” this expression is the equivalent of when we do good to our fellow human beings.

This holiday season reminds us that we must also be grateful for so many kindnesses that we have and that on many occasions “we do not see,” from our family, with all its human weaknesses, home, work, in short, all those things that give us the well-being of the human being and that many of them are impossible for others. Not because they are tireless, but because each person has a different worldview.

FENG SHUI, as we have seen in previous articles, has a BAGUA MAP, whose areas refer us to LOVE, FAMILY, MARRIAGE, EDUCATION, FAME, PROSPERITY, MENTORS, in short, it addresses all aspects of human life, these areas guide us on which one we want or should harmonize in our lives. It should be noted that when the energy flows in a positive way “CHI,” we are in harmony and if that harmony is integral then it is much better.

According to what was initially expressed about kindness and gratitude as human values, these do not escape FENG SHUI, on the contrary, they are intimately related to the different areas to be energized.

To do this, we are going to illustrate with a brief story of a person who had an almost lost marital situation and came to consult about it. After talking and being immersed in the context, we asked him about his position related to gratitude, especially in this holiday season, to which he replied with a resounding NO. She was a legal professional, and she told me that she didn’t usually say thank you because things happen and that’s it, however, a mutual friend told her about FENG SHUI and that’s why she came with us. Once the atmosphere of the conversation was established, he was told about energy and harmony and accepted these concepts and their impact on the lives of human beings. Subsequently, he was given the suggestions and recommendations regarding his case, which he set in motion almost immediately and as a surprise, he called us a few days later for a new interview where in an almost exalted way he told the results of the “cure applied,” his facial expression and radiated energy was that of another person, not the same as the first meeting. This consultation was a way of corroborating that when there is no harmony or positive energy, we attract the “SHA,” or negative energy.

We wish you a few HAPPY HOLIDAYS in harmony and with lots of CHI!
