Important Notice For Residents: Alarm Permits

Attention: Residents Boca Pointe

      • If your home security system is monitored by Alarm Partners, please be aware of an important requirement. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) will not send deputies in response to an alarm activation unless you have a valid PBSO annual alarm permit.

Why This Matters

      • Without a current permit, your alarm signal will not result in a sheriff’s response.

      • This policy is designed to reduce false alarms and ensure law enforcement resources are used effectively.

      • Having a valid permit ensures your household remains protected in the event of a true emergency.

How to Stay Compliant

      • Contact Alarm Partners at 561-395-4230 for assistance with your permit status.

      • Call the PBSO non-emergency line at 561-995-2800 for information on how to obtain or renew your yearly permit.

      • Make sure your permit is renewed annually to avoid lapses in coverage.

Community Reminder             Maintaining a current alarm permit is an essential step in protecting your home and family. Take a moment today to confirm that your permit is up to date. Wishing all residents of Boca Pointe a joyful and healthy New Year.
